You can track your order by sending an email to email@example.com indicating the order number that you received in the confirmation email of your purchase.
If you have forgotten the email, contact the customer service team (firstname.lastname@example.org), and tell us the order number, which you can find in the purchase confirmation email that was sent to you after make the purchase.
Your order has entered our system and has been confirmed by lerocbikes.com, we will start the processing shortly to be able to send it to the corresponding address.
While your order is in CONFIRMED status, you can cancel it by sending an email to email@example.com indicating that you want to cancel your order. As soon as you request the cancellation of the order, the status of the order will become CANCELED.

SENT – TRACKING
Your order has left the warehouse. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and it will be delivered within 5-7 business days to the requested delivery address.
If after receiving the order, for any reason, you wish to return the order, you can do so by sending an email to email@example.com. As soon as you request a return, the order status will change to RETURN REQUESTED.

Once we receive the product at LEROC and confirm that the returned product is in perfect condition, its status will change to RETURN ACCEPTED. At the same time, the amount of the returned products will be paid within 4-7 days, excluding the shipping costs generated in the initial order.
